Welcome to Sportsgram! Powered by BinaryTouch Technologies LLP, Sportsgram aims to empower tournament organizers, players, and racket sports enthusiasts by offering innovative solutions that streamline the tournament process, from registration to results.
At Sportsgram, the privacy and safety of our users, especially minors, is of utmost importance. We strictly adhere to international data protection regulations and take extra precautions when it comes to the collection and processing of data from our younger users.
For Minors Below 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction): Due to international data protection regulations, children below the age of 13 (or the age set in your respective jurisdiction) are not allowed to create an account without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware of an account created by someone under the age of 13 without such consent, the account will be terminated.
For Minors Above 13 but Below 18: Minors above 13 and below 18 years of age can register on Sportsgram, but it is assumed that their account is created and supervised by a guardian or parent. Guardians or parents are responsible for monitoring the minor's activity and ensuring that it complies with our Terms of Use.
No Collection Without Consent: We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors below the age of 13 (or the age set in your respective jurisdiction) without obtaining guardian consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Guardians or parents creating an account on behalf of a minor must check the appropriate box indicating this during the account creation process. By doing so, they acknowledge and consent to the minor’s use of Sportsgram and accept any legal responsibilities for the minor's actions.
Data Security: We implement strict security measures to ensure that minors' data, like all user data, is protected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Regular audits and checks are conducted to ensure that the data is secure and is being handled in compliance with our policies and the applicable laws.
Third-Party Sharing: We will not share, sell, or distribute the personal data of minors to third parties unless it is essential for the provision of services on our platform and only after obtaining the necessary consents. Furthermore, any third-party service providers we work with are required to adhere to strict data protection guidelines.
Parents, guardians, and users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our privacy practices and reach out to us with any concerns. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback on our data protection practices, especially concerning the safety and privacy of our younger users.
Sportsgram, powered by BinaryTouch Technologies LLP, values the trust you place in us by sharing your personal data. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of this information. This section outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data.
Types of Data Collected: We collect various types of data to provide and improve our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal identification details (like name, email address, contact number, gender, exact date of birth and approximate street level address), usage data (like browser type, browser version, and pages visited), and transactional details (for any payments made on our platform).
Purpose of Collection: Data is primarily collected to create user accounts, process transactions, deliver services, enhance user experiences, provide customer support, and offer personalized content or advertisements. It also helps us to maintain the security of our platform and detect any malicious activity.
Data Storage and Security: We employ robust security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data. We store your data on secure servers and implement periodic security reviews to ensure the safety of your information.
Consent: By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. You can choose not to provide certain information, but that might prevent you from using some of our services.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user activity and improve the functionality of our platform. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, if you don't accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our platform.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, and they may have access to your personal data only to perform tasks on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Data Sharing and Disclosure: We don’t sell your personal data. We may share information with legal authorities if required by law or in case it's necessary for protecting our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as mandated by law.
Updates to This Section: Our data collection practices may evolve over time. Any changes to this section will be posted on this page, and we encourage users to periodically review our terms for any updates.
Sportsgram, powered by BinaryTouch Technologies LLP, streamlines various financial transactions for its users. To provide clarity on our financial practices and responsibilities, the following terms apply:
Types of Transactions: The platform primarily accommodates financial transactions linked to tournament registrations, membership subscriptions, and related services. Transactions are processed via established third-party payment gateways for security and reliability.
Payment Details: Users, when making payments, may be required to share financial details like credit/debit card numbers, expiry date, CVV, and billing address. It's crucial to note that we do not retain sensitive financial data. All transactions are encrypted and securely routed through our payment gateway partners.
Payment Gateway Partners: We've partnered with PhonePe as one of our payment gateway providers to ensure a smooth and secure payment experience. For detailed terms and conditions related to payment processing through PhonePe, users are encouraged to visit PhonePe's Terms and Conditions.
Transaction Responsibilities: Sportsgram acts as a conduit, gathering fees from participants and transferring them to the appropriate organizers. Though we manage these transactions, the final responsibility concerning the collected amounts rests with the event or tournament organizer.
Disputes: If participants face issues related to payments or registrations, they can reach out to support@sportsgram.in. While we strive to address concerns, decisions regarding refunds or other settlements lie with the individual tournament or event organizers.
Refunds: If a tournament faces cancellation for reasons like insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the concerned organizer will oversee refunds. Typically, this process can span 10 to 15 days from the date of cancellation. For queries, users can directly engage with the organizer or contact our support team.
Receipts and Invoices: Post a successful transaction, an e-receipt or invoice will be dispatched to users, summarizing the payment details. This document is crucial for future references and potential disputes.
Transaction Security: We prioritize the safeguarding of all financial operations on Sportsgram. Should users suspect any malicious or unusual activity, they're urged to promptly notify us.
Account Deletion: Users possess the autonomy to delete their account on Sportsgram at any given time. To execute this action, users must log into the platform and navigate to the 'Settings' section. Following the deletion process, all personal data associated with the user will be permanently removed from our systems, in alignment with our data retention policies and any prevailing legal or regulatory requirements.
Account Deactivation: Alternatively, users can choose to deactivate their account temporarily. The deactivation option can also be found within the 'Settings' section post-login. While an account remains deactivated, the user's profile becomes invisible to other users, and they will not receive any notifications or updates from the platform. However, the user's data is retained, allowing for easy reactivation in the future.
Data Retention Post-Deletion: After an account is deleted, while the immediate data associated with the account is removed, some information may be retained for a limited period due to legal, regulatory, or operational necessities. This retained data remains protected and is only used for the specified purposes.
Termination by Sportsgram: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at our discretion, especially in scenarios where users are found breaching our terms of use, engaging in fraudulent activities, or compromising the platform's integrity and safety. In such instances, users will be notified of the action taken and the underlying reason.
Effects of Termination: On account termination, be it by the user's choice or by Sportsgram, access to all platform-specific features, data, and records linked with the terminated account will be lost. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of essential data and correspondence.
Recovery: If an account is accidentally deleted or terminated, users are advised to reach out to our support team promptly. While we strive to assist, the feasibility of account recovery is not guaranteed and varies based on the nature and timing of the request.
